You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior cancellation, you may be charged the full service amount.

You can cancel your booking through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

If a beautician cancels your appointment, you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.
